You may consider offering an incentive for clients who call in advance to cancel. You could send them a promotion that offers a 10% discount on their next visit.

You could even offer a monthly competition as an incentive for clients who give at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation. When a client calls to cancel an appointment you can show your appreciation by letting them know they have the chance to win a gift card as a thank you for calling in advance.
