Not yet, we have initially developed a windows compatible version. We’re currently developing a mac version, however, the expected release date is over 12 months away. Bright Orange will work on your mac if you’re running Microsoft Windows (through boot camp).

Yes, we can convert data from most other salon software companies, the amount of data that can be converted will depend on the software supplier, from single clients to complete databases. The cost of the conversion is $99.00. Contact our support team on 1300 890 435 to find out more.
YES. Because Bright Orange is not cloud based, your data is stored on your computer. We’ve all seen companies from Apple to Sony being hacked but it’s much less likely that anyone would attempt to hack into an individual computer, than a server with 100’s or 1000’s of databases.
Once again, because we are not cloud based we can’t see your data as it’s not on our computer or server. We don’t offer Benchmarking as it would require us to “analyse” the salon data.
No, but SMS messages may be purchased through the software at a low cost of 13 cents (+GST) per message.
No, all updates are included in your monthly subscription cost.

Yes, if you can send through the price list from your supplier, we will do all the work for you and simply email you a file to import, with easy step by step instructions.

Stock setup costs are $100 for up to 500 products, then $10 per 100 products thereafter. We require the barcode, range, product description, size, wholesale price and retail price all on a CSV or XML file. If parts of the data are missing we will leave the section blank where possible
