Software subscriptions are non-refundable. We cannot refund part-used months in your subscription. If you cancel it will take effect from the end of your current billing cycle but you will continue to receive full access to your software until that time.
If any, or all, of our software products are temporarily unavailable caused by the end user, you will not receive a refund. We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.
You can cancel your software subscription to Bright Orange Global at any time by emailing our customer service team at email@example.com You cannot suspend your software subscription to Bright Orange Salon software
No refund will be paid and no cancellation fee will apply in relation to month-to-month subscriptions, trial subscriptions, or yearly subscriptions cancelled unless an agreement is in place. If an agreement is in place the remaining term must be paid if full upon cancelation.
Month-to-month subscriptions will continue until the next billing date after you notify us that you wish to cancel your subscription (provided you give us at least 30 days’ notice prior to your next billing date). For the purposes of these Subscription Terms, “billing date” means the date in any month that you commenced your subscription (for example, the 10th of each month).
All of the subscribers data entered into the database whilst subscribing to Bright Orange Salon Software is the property of the subscriber, We recommend the subscriber backup all of the data to an external drive prior to cancelation as uninstallation may delete existing data.
